Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead and manage the service operations of an automobile dealership/workshop. The role focuses on improving service revenue customer satisfaction workshop efficiency and compliance with OEM standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end service operations (workshop service advisors technicians)

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSI scores)

  • Drive service revenue labor sales and AMC/service packages

  • Monitor job cards turnaround time (TAT) and workshop productivity

  • Handle customer escalations and service quality issues

  • Ensure compliance with OEM processes and audit requirements

  • Manage spare parts coordination with stores

  • Train mentor and evaluate service advisors and technicians

  • Prepare service MIS forecasts and performance reports

  • Implement safety and quality standards in the workshop
