• Establish and maintain profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company.
• Actively prospect for new accounts and maximize sales potential with existing customers.
• Represent the company by conveying expertise in our services and capabilities.
• Establish relationships with the community and business accounts.

• Prospecting for New Customers: Develop new business target key prospects and retain business.
• Product Presentation: Discuss products and services to convey quality integrity and superior customer understanding.
• Sales System Compliance: Understand and comply with the sales system/program in place.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop annual sales strategies in conjunction with management and identify joint marketing opportunities where applicable.
• Technology Proficiency: Stay current on new technology.
• Effective Communication: Communicate regularly with management marketing and production teams to ensure sales and customer objectives are met.

• 2 years of Proven sales experience preferably in print signage or related industries.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics with a passion for providing value ad personalized solutions.
• Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
• Proven Sales skills and ability to close deals
• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field is a plus
