REQUIREMENTS

In this Outside Sales Rep position we rely on you to utilize your selling skills to effectively share our business services to potential leads. You are personable and friendly and easily connect with a variety of people as you listen to each companys needs and clearly explain how our services can provide effective solutions. You overcome objections with grace and seek to educate potential clients on the value of our products.

In addition to closing sales you are highly organized and goal oriented. You are future-focused and proactively forecast sales and plan out your year to ensure goals are regularly met. To accurately meet client needs you monitor competitors and market conditions to ensure that you are offering viable solutions for our individual clients. At the end of the day you are proud of the connections you make with customers as you grow in your sales career!

Previous outside sales experience
Excellent relationship-building skills

A background in security and knowledge about the local market is preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
