Job Summary

Overview
We are seeking a Clinical Sales Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership for the Boston area. This role partners closely with sales leadership and the clinical organization to ensure efficient coverage strong execution and high-quality clinical support. The position is clinically focused and does not carry a direct sales quota.

This is a fast-paced field-based leadership role well suited for a cardiac professional who enjoys regional ownership coaching and problem-solving.

Location and Travel
Candidates must reside in or near the Boston area. Regional coverage is primarily focused in Boston with support extending south to New Haven and north to Andover. Approximately 60% travel is expected with variable overnights and schedule flexibility required.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical and operational leadership for a regional team of clinical specialists
Partner with sales leadership to ensure coordinated account support and execution
Own clinical coverage case readiness and resource planning across the region
Coach and develop clinical specialists through field engagement and ongoing feedback
Step into case coverage as needed during high-volume periods or staffing gaps
Support training onboarding and development of clinical talent

Candidate Profile

Strong cardiac/CRM clinical background with hands-on case experience
Leadership presence and credibility with both clinical and sales teams
Prior management experience preferred but not required
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Education and Experience

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
79 years of relevant clinical or industry experience
CRM therapy knowledge and implant support experience required

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: $135000$155000
Quarterly bonus eligibility totaling $40000 annually
Additional annual bonus based on company performance ($12k)
Monthly car allowance with mileage reimbursement
