- Must be a US Citizen
- Required to present US passport or certified birth certificate with raised seal on day one
- Work hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am 4:00pm (occasional overtime required)
- Temp-to-hire position
- On-site in-person role (no remote work)
- Customer service skills required
- Computer skills required; daily use of MS Office and Outlook
- High level of professionalism required
- Responsible for answering internal calls from clients and making calls to vendors
- Handle invoice resolution tasks
