Position Summary

The office of Donor Relations builds authentic and enduring relationships with donors through activities that engage them in the life of the university deepen their commitment to the universitys mission and cultivate their trust and loyalty by acknowledging recognizing and reporting on the impact of their gifts. Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Donor Acknowledgement the Coordinator of Gift Acknowledgements will create tributes for gifts to departments and units across the university. The position will also create and facilitate communications for tribute lists and support gift acknowledgement data management and facilitate communications with internal partners.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage high-volume tribute cards and tribute lists. Build reports to verify data and track efforts. Provide administrative support for departmental acknowledgement projects. Conduct donor research to ensure accuracy of reports and deliverables.
  • Support efforts to streamline and improve business processes including records and data management.
  • Provide backup support for other acknowledgements projects during peak seasons.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

This position is located in St. Louis MO and the targeted hiring range for this position is $21.17 - $24.50 per hour.

Salary Range

$21.17 - $32.85 / Hourly

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including ones qualifications and performance equity with others in the department market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
