Job Summary
The receptionist/security coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the Early Childhood Education (E.C.E.) building by controlling access monitoring security and responding to emergencies. They also greet visitors answer phones and manage mail.
Requirements
High school Diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years experience being a receptionist or in a related field. Must have customer service skills and computer skills. Must pass a criminal background check with Federal Tribal and State Law Enforcement. Must have a valid Oregon Drivers License and insurance. Must also submit and pass a pre-employment alcohol and drug screening.
