Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing operations across digital physical and event-based channels. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and creative professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong interest in fashion branding and marketing execution.
The Marketing Coordinator will assist with campaign execution content coordination events tradeshows and brand activations while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
- Coordinate marketing samples assets and materials for events tradeshows and photoshoots
- Assist with tradeshow and event planning logistics and on-site support
- Support digital and in-person brand activations
- Help create marketing materials (presentations decks catalogs promotional assets)
- Manage and support social media content scheduling and engagement
- Track and report on campaign performance web traffic and engagement metrics
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Collaborate with internal teams agencies vendors and external partners
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Interest in fashion lifestyle or consumer brands preferred
- Willingness to support occasional travel and on-site events

Required Skills:
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. 57 years of HR experience including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. Expertise in California labor laws and employment regulations. HR certifications (PHR SPHR SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) are a strong advantage. Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems such as Paychex BambooHR ADP or Workday.
