Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Sound knowledge in Employment Ordinance and related legislations
- Good communication and analytical skills as well as the ability to think proactively and work under tight schedule
- Hands-on experience in various HR management system or software applications are advantages

- Provide one-stop quality human resources services to client departments in relation to recruitment benefits administration and staff case management
- Perform business partner role to provide professional advice to line managers on manpower resourcing and staff deployment for ensuring smooth implementation of change programmes
Support policy formulation review and implementation to ensure statutory compliance and corporate governance - Prepare statistics and reports to facilitate management review and decision
