Job Summary
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration / Human Resource Management / Psychology or a related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years experience
- Well-versed in various HR functions and related statutory requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good analytical and problem solving skills with a high level of proactiveness and sensitivity and the ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
Remarks - Appointment will be made on 6-month temporary contract terms subject to renewal depending on business needs

Responsibilities
- Provide a full spectrum of professional human resources services for designated client departments including manpower resourcing account servicing as well as formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure statutory compliance and corporate governance
- Conduct various analyses and provide statistical and narrative reports under tight timelines
- Participate in HR projects and support client departments in implementing new initiatives and provide recommendations on complex HR issues
- Identify room for process streamlining for efficiency and effectiveness enhancement
