Job Title:

Hospital Relationship Executive / Business Development Executive (Healthcare)

Employment Type:

Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Visit hospitals clinics and healthcare centers to identify and collect staffing requirements

Build and maintain strong relationships with Hospital HR/Admin/Management teams

Fill out the Requirement Capture Form and submit daily reports

Gather vacancies for Doctors Nurses Technicians and allied staff

Share collected requirements with the Head Office/Recruitment team for fulfillment

Conduct follow-up calls/WhatsApp to confirm and close requirements

Present Medico Hubs services and process in a professional manner

Achieve weekly and monthly hospital visit & requirement targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate ( / BBA / BA / ); healthcare background preferred

Good communication skills (Hindi basic English)

Smart confident and professional personality

Fresher candidates are welcome; experience in Pharma Sales Medical Representative or Hospital Marketing is an added advantage

Must have: Smartphone & Two-wheeler (for field visits)
