Job Summary

Responsibility :-

Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers for IFFCO Tokio products (Car Health & other insurance policies).
Explain product features premium details and benefits clearly to customers.
Convert leads by handling customer queries and objections effectively.
Maintain high-quality standards in every call to ensure excellent customer experience.
Update accurate customer information call outcomes and dispositions in the CRM system.
Work closely with the team to achieve monthly sales & renewal targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent communication skills in English.
Confident energetic and target-driven.
Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

Graduation preferred
12th pass candidates or those pursuing graduation may also apply
Freshers and experienced candidates (call center experience preferred) are welcome
