Job Summary

Our client a leading player in the automotive industry is seeking an experienced and driven Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations within the organisation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in financial management reporting and cost control particularly within a fast-paced technical environment.

Salary and Benefits:

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial functions including budgeting forecasting and cash flow management.
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Prepare accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
Manage cost control initiatives and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
Ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements liaising with auditors and relevant authorities.
Supervise the finance team ensuring timely reconciliations payroll processing and efficient accounting operations.
Support management with financial insights for key decision-making and business growth.
Oversee inventory asset management and procurement controls.
Monitor performance against budget and provide variance analysis with recommendations.
Develop and maintain internal control systems and financial policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
Professional qualification such as CA ACCA or CIMA preferred.
Minimum of 5 7 years experience in a financial management role ideally within the automotive manufacturing or technical industries.
Solid understanding of financial reporting budgeting and cost accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Pastel SAP or similar ERP systems.
