Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support and coordination related to annual HR exercises such as pay review budget and performance appraisal
  • Support market surveys/industry analysis and collect up-to-date market information to keep abreast of market trend
  • Support the formulation and review of reward related policies such as incentive and benefit schemes
  • Compile reports and statistics for management review
  • Provide comprehensive HR operational support to executive staff including administrative duties on staff movement and handling staff inquiries
  • Maintain a systematic filing system and properly handle confidential information & materials
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as and when required

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
  • Preferably 2 years relevant work experience
  • Basic knowledge of HR-related policies and procedures and with good understanding of employment-related ordinances and regulations
  • Meticulous team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
  • Attention to details with strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in MS tools with hands-on experience in Peoplesoft
