Overview
Our client is seekinga proactive and independent Assistant Manager IT to manage IT operation and system integration ideal candidate will be hands-on mature and capable of managing the IT environment with minimal guidance. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys improving systems closing operational gaps and ensuring a stable and secure technology environment for the business.
Responsibilities
IT Operations & Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee and manage daily IT operations across the companys offices and properties.
- Maintain and support core IT infrastructure and network administration ensure system availability performance and reliability across all IT services.
System Adminstration & Troubleshooting:
- Troubleshoot hardware software network and server issues promptly.
- Identify and resolve IT operational gaps; propose enhancement plans to improve system stability.
Application & Integration Support:
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for system enhancements and integration projects.
Documentation & Governance:
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Strengthen IT governance compliance and operational standards.
Vendor & Project Management:
- Manage external vendors for support procurement and project delivery.
- Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades cloud migration infrastructure refresh and application rollouts.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related discipline;
- 5 years experience in managing infrastructure and system integration projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in VMware M365 Azure Cloud administration and network support.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices is an advantage.
- Experience supporting ERP CRM or application integration is a plus.
- Able to work independently mature detailoriented and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
- Good communication skills; able to interact with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Good command in both written and spoken in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
