As an Assistant Manager in IT Project Management you will lead efforts in implementing cutting-edge IoT solutions managing Loyalty CRM platforms and ensuring seamless execution of global IT initiatives. Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end planning execution and delivery of global IT projects ensuring on-time on-budget and high-quality outcomes.
- Drive the successful implementation of IoT projects and PropTech solutions aligning with the companys strategic vision.
- Conduct detailed user requirement and gap analysis to support system enhancements and fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project progress identifying key accomplishments risks and challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project SLAs.
- Develop and manage comprehensive resource plans to optimize project lifecycle efficiency.
- Facilitate project documentation policy creation and maintenance of relevant materials to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm project deliverables meet business and operational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-team stakeholders to implement Loyalty CRM solutions that drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Champion diversity equity and inclusion efforts to foster an inclusive IT workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field;
- Minimum 6 years of work experience with proven experience in IT project management including leading large / global projects.
- Strong knowledge and implementation experience of PropTech solutions and IoT technologies is a MUST.
- Proficiency in managing Loyalty CRM platforms and associated enhancements.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with a proven track record of delivering progress updates to various organizational levels.
- Strong understanding of resource planning vendor management and project lifecycle processes.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
- A genuine commitment to fostering a diverse equitable and inclusive environment.
- A great individual contributor with strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Good command in both written and spoken in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
