Overview
Our client is a real estate company in Hong Kong and they are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join the team as an Assistant Manager IT Project Management. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving innovation in the PropTech space while delivering impactful IT solutions that support global projects. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative fast-paced and inclusive environment where personal growth is encouraged and contributions are valued.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage endtoend IT projects covering innovative service systems (e.g. tenant engagement platforms smart office solutions) and infrastructure upgrades.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time within scope and aligned with business goals.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements ensuring solutions enhance tenant experience and operational efficiency.
- Oversee system implementation UAT and change management processes.
- Monitor project risks budgets and timelines providing regular updates to senior stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement by introducing emerging technologies relevant to real estate and asset management.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related discipline;
- 5 years experience in IT project management ideally with exposure to real estate property management or asset management industries.
- Familiar with ERP system finance and leasing module CRM & loyalty platform design and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure systems (network cloud security) and innovative service platforms is a big plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work flexibly across multiple projects.
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Good command in both written and spoken in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
