Job Summary

Are you a French and English speaker looking to start or grow your international career in a dynamic environment
We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented professionals to join a growing team in Lisbon.

In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience across multiple channels. Youll handle inquiries deliver accurate information and maintain a high level of professionalism in every interaction.

What Youll Do:

  • Communicate with customers via phone email and chat in French and English.
  • Understand and resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically.
  • Provide accurate product or service information and escalate more complex cases when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluency in French (C1/C2) and English (B2) verbal and written.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive proactive attitude.
  • A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
  • Residency in Portugal with a valid residence card.
  • Ability to work on-site full-time.
