In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience across multiple channels. Youll handle inquiries deliver accurate information and maintain a high level of professionalism in every interaction.
What Youll Do:
- Communicate with customers via phone email and chat in French and English.
- Understand and resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically.
- Provide accurate product or service information and escalate more complex cases when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in French (C1/C2) and English (B2) verbal and written.
- Strong communication skills and a positive proactive attitude.
- A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
- Residency in Portugal with a valid residence card.
- Ability to work on-site full-time.
