We are looking for a French-speaking customer advisor to support entrepreneurs and small businesses by delivering high-quality customer service and handling customer requests via phone and back-office tasks. You will be part of a multicultural team in a dynamic and international working environment.
What you will do:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in French

Manage customer requests related to a financial application

Perform back-office and administrative tasks
Ensure follow-up of customer requests and respect service commitments

Work closely with internal teams

Share ideas to help optimize internal processes
What we are looking for:
French language level: C2 (native or near-native)
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Contact Centre (nice to have)

Previous experience in banking or financial services (nice to have)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
