YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You handle client requests via phone and email in a timely and professional manner

• You assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions including alternative options when required

• You ensure a consistently high standard of service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

• You listen actively to accurately identify and understand client needs

• You provide prompt commercially minded responses to customer inquiries

• You read understand and process invoices supporting basic accounting tasks
