We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedSenior Partner Managerin GMS Partner Management to lead and grow strategic partnerships that drive business growth innovation and customer value. Responsible for developing long term relationships with our key partners the role will be principally focussed on managing our DLM partner/s who are key to the delivery of the Computacenter DLM service offering our flagship Workplace offering. The ideal candidate will be someone who has a proven track record in partner management is a skilled negotiator and is comfortable in managing large amounts of complex rate cards and data.
What youll do
- You will be the focal point for the management of the DLM partners to ensure the development of the relationship to support our growth objectives.
- Engage with stakeholders both within CC and externally to understand requirements and deliver commercial solutions to meet those needs.
- Work with the Sales teams to support in the pre-sales stage of bids and into transition and run.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our key DLM partners and cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organisations.
- Monitor partner performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Deliver cost savings/avoidance to enhance Computacenters competitiveness and support growth.
- Roles at this level will be accountable for their own work establish their own milestones and will report to the Group Manager.

- Achieve annual cost savings/avoidance target
