The Role
You will grow new and existing business for our clinical supply chain services covering packaging distribution and comparator sourcing. You will manage key client relationships lead opportunities from early engagement through to contract close and deliver against defined revenue goals.
What You Will Do
Identify and secure new opportunities within assigned accounts.
Build strong client partnerships by involving Client Services SMEs and senior leaders as needed.
Lead commercial activities including bid defences quote discussions and contracting.
Understand client outsourcing strategies and develop plans to maximise long term growth.
Track progress and maintain accurate CRM records adjusting tactics where required.
Contribute to process improvements and complete required training.
Education and Experience
BSc or BA in business or science; advanced degree (MBA PhD) an advantage.
Around 4 years of clinical project experience and 4 years of sales experience ideally within CRO or clinical supply services.
Strong knowledge of clinical trials and materials management.
Skills and Attributes
Ability to work across a matrix organisation and influence diverse stakeholders.
Strong communication presentation and sales skills with a clear client focus.
Proactive problem solving and analytical capability.
Skilled with MS Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Self driven with strong time management and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
