Job Summary
hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
Proficiency in Citrix Gateway StoreFront Citrix Director and Citrix Studio
Experience with Citrix Cloud FSLogix profile management and GPO configurations
Solid understanding of Windows Server OS (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory
Knowledge of virtualization platforms (e.g. VMware Hyper-V) and cloud environments (e.g. Azure AWS)
Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and task efficiency
Understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices
