Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in managing IT support operations. As an IT Support Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT support team ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the IT support team
- Develop and implement IT support policies and procedures
- Monitor and prioritize support tickets
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues
- Collaborate with other departments to improve IT systems and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowladge of Computer / Laptop hardware
- Must have knowladeg of LAN and Good to have knowladge of WAN
- Excellant understanding of Backups / Antivirus / CCTV
- 5-10 years of experience in IT support roles
- Proven experience in managing IT support operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- IT certifications such as ITIL are a plus
