Trading Support Officer(Voice)
Location: Padivattom Edappally Ernakulam
Salary: per month
Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of stock market trading experience
Communication: Excellent English communication is required
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to trading platforms order placement margin requirements and basic market operations
- Provide prompt accurate support via calls and chats
- Address doubts regarding executed trades order status and platform navigation
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions follow-ups and resolutions
- Coordinate with internal teams when required for escalations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely responses
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Prior experience in self-trading (mandatory)
- Exposure to live markets intraday/positional trading
- In-depth knowledge of the stock market & trading platforms
- Strong understanding of:
Equity trading
Commodity trading
Derivatives (F&O)
- Proficiency in handling demat accounts trading platforms and back-office systems
- Familiarity with third-party financial products such as mutual funds SIPs insurance etc.

Bachelors degree
