Qualifications :

Must-have:

• A mindset that challenges the status quo and constantly looks for ways to improve processes and ways of working.
• Strong interest and curiosity in Artificial Intelligence.
• 2 years of experience as an L1 or L2 IT support technician.
• 2 years in IT support coordination or leadership roles.
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communicator who thrives with customers engineers and execs alike.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written).
