About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Support Executive to execute high-volume outreach activities through calls WhatsApp and email to generate qualified enquiries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate CRM updates maintaining follow-up discipline and supporting the sales pipeline by nurturing potential leads.
Key Responsibilities
Make 150200 outbound calls per day to prospects from the CRM database.
Initiate outreach via calls WhatsApp and email to generate qualified enquiries.
Achieve daily target of 24 qualified leads through effective communication and follow-ups.
Ensure 100% accurate and real-time data entry in CRM recording call outcomes and remarks.
Maintain follow-up discipline and ensure zero pending leads beyond TAT.
Prepare and submit daily call and outreach reports.
Understand company products and be able to pitch confidently to B2B clients.
Work closely with pre-sales and sales teams to transfer qualified leads smoothly.
Performance Outcomes
Master product knowledge & Zoho tools within 30 days and score 80% or above in product assessment.
Achieve 150200 calls per day with a minimum 80% contact ratio.
Generate 24 qualified leads per day from CRM data.
Maintain 100% CRM accuracy and timely follow-ups.
Submit daily call reports and ensure compliance with internal processes
Requirements
Technical Skills
CRM usage & data entry accuracy (Zoho preferred).
Basic Excel/Google Sheets for daily reporting.
Multi-channel communication handling (call WhatsApp email).
Functional Skills
Strong communication & active listening.
Sales pitching & objection handling for B2B prospects.
Time management & multitasking.
Understanding of B2B communication & lead qualification logic.
Behavioral Skills
Persistence and resilience in high-volume calling.
Professional communication & positive attitude.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate (any stream).
12 years experience in B2B tele calling / inside sales / lead generation.
Experience in industrial manufacturing trading or B2B environment preferred.
Must-Have Key Attributes
Excellent spoken English & Hindi.
Confidence in outbound sales calling.
Strong follow-through and discipline.
Target-driven and process-oriented mindset.
Good to Have
Experience in Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.
Exposure to industrial/B2B sales environments.
Basic Excel reporting skills.
