As a Sales Executive youll be the primary point of contact for media planners and buyers. Your main goal is simple deliver exceptional customer service build strong agency relationships and drive revenue for Nine
Day to day you will:
- Negotiate trading terms and discounts (with the Group Business Manager) to grow revenue and overall market share across your client base.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for advertising agencies ensuring exceptional customer service and communication.
- Create and implement effective targeted advertising schedules across all audio channels based on client briefs.
- Actively facilitate the sale of high-value program sports and spot packages.
- Take responsibility for leading managing and mentoring an Account Executive while simultaneously prioritizing and problem-solving a number of concurrent advertising campaigns.
Qualifications :
What youll bring:
- Essential background in sales client-side marketing or a media agency with prior experience in audio sales highly regarded.
- Strong skills in communication relationship-building and account management to foster key partnerships.
- A thorough understanding of media systems and measurement metrics coupled with an appreciation for market trading conditions and the ability to negotiate discounts.
- Highly organized demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional presentation skills including the ability to create and deliver engaging content to audiences of varying sizes.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required with knowledge of the Google Suite being desirable.
