The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Manager NSW to join our Premium Domestic Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Premium Domestic Marketing this role is responsible for establishing and promoting Crowns offering within the New South Wales market. You will drive revenue growth by developing and executing targeted marketing strategies fostering player engagement and building long-term loyalty through in-market activation.
This includes leveraging player insights reactivating lapsed customers and expanding the database through strategic outreach. You will also lead business development initiatives manage a team of VIP Sales Managers and collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with Crowns broader domestic growth objectives.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing targeted marketing strategies for the NSW market.
- Driving revenue growth through player engagement and loyalty programs.
- Leading business development initiatives and managing a team of VIP Sales Managers.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes.
- Monitoring financial performance and achieving revenue targets.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and Crown policies.
- Driving continuous improvement in processes policies and team development.

- Deep understanding of industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- A strong background in people leadership and business development.
- Tertiary qualifications (postgraduate preferred) and membership in a recognized professional body.
