Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities including recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process including posting job ads screening resumes and coordinating with hiring managers
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns providing guidance and support
- Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans
- Assist in communicating HR policies and procedures
- Prepare HR reports and analytics as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position
- Strong understanding of HR practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
