Doctor Agrovet Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing all HR activities including recruitment employee relations performance management and training and development. The HR Executive will work closely with the HR Manager / HR Consultant to ensure the smooth running of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment for sales plant veterinary and corporate roles
Employee onboarding documentation and induction programs
Attendance leave payroll coordination and HRMIS updates
Implementation of HR policies SOPs and statutory compliance (PF ESIC Shops & Establishment)
Handling employee relations grievances and disciplinary processes
Performance appraisal coordination and HR reporting
Supporting training & development initiatives
Desired Profile
Graduate/Post Graduate in HR or related field
1–3 years of HR experience (manufacturing / agri / FMCG preferred)
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of labor laws
