The Assistant Manager HR (Generalist) will manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment employee lifecycle management statutory compliance payroll coordination performance management and compensation & benefits
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
End-to-end recruitment for operational roles
Manpower planning with department heads
Sourcing via portals consultants referrals and local channels
Screening interview coordination offers and onboarding
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Joining confirmation transfers promotions exits and full & final settlements
Attendance leave shift coordination and HR documentation
Support appraisal cycles and annual increments
Performance Management (PMS)
Compensation & Benefits (C&B) & Payroll
Statutory Compliance & Employee Relations
HR MIS & Reporting
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong HR generalist experience in manufacturing / plant environment
Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
Hands-on exposure to PMS C&B payroll coordination and recruitment
Proficiency in MS Excel HRMS
Strong coordination communication and problem-solving skills
