Clinical Dietitian Southland Hospital Permanent Full-Time
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated Allied Health team and provide dietetic care in a dynamic hospital environment. Based in Invercargill youll work primarily across acute inpatient wards supporting patients with complex nutritional needs and providing the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient wellbeing and outcomes. This role is open to recent graduates.

About the Role
As a Clinical Dietitian at Southland Hospital youll deliver evidence-based nutrition care across a broad and varied caseload. The role is primarily based in acute medical surgical and rehabilitation wards with opportunities to support paediatrics and outpatient clinics. There will also be the opportunity to be involved with student learning and service development activities
Youll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes through nutritional assessment care planning and education. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise across multiple specialties while contributing to quality initiatives and service improvement.
About the Team/Service/ Location
Youll join a small supportive and experienced Dietetics team that collaborates closely with Allied Health Nursing and Medical colleagues across the Southern district. We offer strong professional support regular peer supervision and links to the wider network at Dunedin Hospital.
