About you
Minimum of 3 years practice in palliative care nursing and advanced knowledge and skills.
Advanced communication techniques such as conflict resolution diffusion and mediation skills.
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Either hold or be working towards post graduate qualification at a minimum of a diploma or/and a masters degree
Competency with te ao Māori tikanga and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth

Salary Range
This role is covered by the terms and conditions of the NZNO CEA and the salary will be in accordance with the RN Pay Scale between Step 3 $86519 and Step 7 $106739 pro-rata p.a OR DSN Pay Scale Grade 2 between Step 1 $116040 and Step 3 $127674 pro-rata p.a dependant on relevant experience.
