Are you a Registered Nurse looking to make a change while still making a big impact in the Hutt Valley community This could be the role for you!
Were looking for an Outreach Clinical Coordinator to join our Hutt Valley team on a six-month fixed-term contract. While we ideally seek a full-time person to fill the position we are willing to consider part-time options for the right candidate.
Our Clinical Outreach Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring whānau needing support are connected to the right services so they can access timely care.
Our ideal candidate will:
Be a Registered Nurse with previous experience in the primary
health care sector
Have worked in an environment where they helped identify barriers
to care and supported systems to remove those barriers
Have a close eye for detail the ability to juggle multiple priorities
and think outside the box
Be confident using the Microsoft suite
