About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for the successful applicant to play an important leadership role in preparing for the Outpatient Buildings operation as its Non-Clinical Support Lead. You will help ensure our plans for how the back of house and non-clinical services will operate are well planned understood and appropriate to underpin clinical operations. We will look to the successful applicant to ensure set-up and ongoing non-clinical costs are well understood. An ability to see the bigger picture and ensure an efficient non-clinical service delivery operational model is installed in the OB will be critical. Success will be defined through instigating sustainable logistics delivery cleaning orderlies and security functions ahead of go live and then transferring to business-as-usual operations.

About you

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A relevant degree or significant demonstrable experience in a related field preferably in health.
  • Demonstrable experience in non-clinical support services planning operations and relationship management with suppliers preferably in the health sector and/or in comparable facilities within the public sector within large and complex organisations
  • Passion for planning and operations to ensure things get done in a smart sustainable and business-focus manner
  • Track record of developing in-person and online working relationships to ensure collaborative working helps deliver results.
  • Ability to manage complex relationships be a good problem solver and able to multi-task successfully in a fast moving dynamic environment
  • Be positive solutions focused and will lead by example in a way that means others cant help but follow.
  • Exceptional computer skills.
  • Sound project and change management skills youll effectively plan execute and monitor the success of plans making sure the change really sticks.
  • Demonstrated ability to support and grow a team to ensure the needs of both patient and the organisation are met.
