Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Legal Advisory & Documentation

  • Draft review and audit contracts agreements and legal documents including NDAs SLAs MoUs and vendor/customer agreements.

  • Provide legal opinions and strategic advice on business transactions corporate governance and regulatory matters.

  • Assess contractual obligation Risk analysis and reporting.

  • Dashboard development for risk assessments.

  • Support dispute resolution litigation arbitration and mediation processes.

Compliance Management

  • Develop implement and monitor internal compliance programs and controls.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable laws regulations and internal policies (e.g. AML GDPR FCPA).
  • Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments to identify non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.

Regulatory Affairs

  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and external legal counsel for filings inspections and legal proceedings.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the business and ensure timely implementation.

Training & Awareness

  • Conduct training sessions for employees on legal and compliance topics including ethics anti-bribery and data protection.
  • Promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior across departments.

Contract & Customer Management

  • Oversee customer onboarding and vetting processes including contract review and negotiation.
  • Maintain contract repository and ensure timely renewals and compliance tracking.

Experience:

  • 8 - 10 Years

Education:

  • LLB Masters degree or certifications (e.g. CCEP CRCM)
