Business Development Manager (Sales) Job description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (Sales) with a strong background in Software/IT Services. The ideal candidate will be proactive confident and passionate about driving business growth through strategic client acquisition presales support and long-term relationship management. Experience : 5-10 Years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage presales activities including proposal writing and solution presentations.
Identify and engage new clients prospects and business opportunities. Drive leads through lead-generation tools and software. Initiate and schedule meetings with key decision makers. Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business growth. Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations sales collateral and documentation. Oversee client empanelment onboarding and acquisition processes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of business goals and service
offerings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field. Strong understanding of the IT/Software Services domain. Excellent communication presentation negotiation and stakeholder management
skills. High level of initiative ownership and goal orientation. Proficiency with CRM and lead-generation tools. Demonstrated success in Presales and Business Development. Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment with measurable
achievements. Willingness to travel and meet senior business stakeholders.
