Job Summary:
The Client Engagement Manager will be responsible for managing client interactions throughout the customer journey—from enquiry to handover. The role involves handling client communication coordinating site visits supporting sales processes ensuring smooth documentation and delivering an excellent customer experience aligned with Good Earth’s eco-living and community-based values.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client enquiries and communication.
- Manage leads follow-ups and client interactions to support sales conversions.
- Coordinate and conduct project briefings and site visits for potential clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a positive experience.
- Assist with documentation agreements and payment coordination.
- Collaborate with sales finance design and project teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate client records follow-up trackers and prepare MIS reports.
- Understand and clearly explain project features sustainability elements and community benefits.
- Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Support client-engagement activities and community events as required.
