Marketing
-Implement the marketing strategy of the CO in TPU films in the industries of Automotive E&E Textile and Footwear hotmelt(Sports/Kite snow board etc)
-Develop account strategies and plan for global key account and drive implementation by working with GKAM include but not limited to Sealed Air Gentherm etc.
-Initiate project to develop new business and new applications
-Ensure flow of information on:
-Technical market developments and trends
-Product developments and trends
-Activities of competitors
-Foreseeable business risks
-Communicate market requirements(include CE related) to next level
-Establish customer or customer group development plan
Sales & Customer care
-Sustain existing biz by managing high level customer customer satisfaction
-work closely with GKA managers to implement strategies in the region and drive growth
-Find new business opportunity in the market in targeted segments
-Decides about the level of technical support provided by P&AD
-Identify initiate develop and support new applications and business
-Deal with complaints as interface between OM plant and Customer
Budget & Controls
-Provide input in operational planning i.e sales revenue and volume
targets per customer and-product under annual planning
-Implement agreed targets Actual/target comparisons under business
monitoring
-Design and propose corrective measures to next level if there are
substantial differences from the targets
-Responsibility for monitoring outstanding receivables and credit limits
-control daily expense
Qualifications:
College degree associated with
the chemical industry Experience
Proven track record in dealing with customers in a commercial
role within the targeted market segments
6 years Experiences and knowledge in the technical application of PU/TPU filmsin the targeted market segments
Excellent presentation communication network skills
Strong inter-person skills be able to work in a complex environment and build up team work without mandate
Problem solving and drive for result
