They are looking for a highly motivated Operations Manager to join their leadership team and help drive the efficiency growth and excellence of our business.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day company operations ensuring projects and teams run efficiently
- Implement and manage systems processes and reporting structures
- Support the Director in translating vision into action and results
- Lead cross-departmental coordination (design procurement finance admin)
- Monitor budgets resources and timelines for projects
- Prepare and review reports using advanced Excel tools (pivot tables formulas financial modelling)
- Liaise with the finance function ensuring accurate bookkeeping reporting and compliance
- Drive company culture performance and professional development within the team
Key Skills:
- Strong organizational leadership and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables reporting data analysis)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles; experience with Xero Accounting Software is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to manage budgets teams and multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of project management and collaboration tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management Finance or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in operations project management or business leadership (design/architecture/construction sector preferred)
