Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to be based in Vic Falls.

Salary and Benefits:

USD 1200 gross

Responsibilities:

Supervision of all staff based at Victoria Falls Depot including employee register and leave management
Ensure company systems and policies are followed by all staff and disciplinary procedures implemented and followed up as and when required
Liaising with departmental heads in regard to operations
Take ownership of stock and ensure that every product that moves in and out of the branch is supported by paperwork and in turn entered into the system timeously
Careful receiving of product against transfer documents and invoices and dealing with any discrepancies or product not ordered timeously
Ensure FIFO is maintained in all areas of the branch on all stocks
Be proactive on problem stocks and liaise with Operations Director to solve these issues
Oversee efficient and accurate despatch of product including crates and ensure PODs and crates are returned
Ensure the Deli shop is stocked and merchandised correctly at all times
Carefully monitor the cash up of the POS at the day end and take receipt of cash taking daily. All cash to be handed over daily to the Accounting Officer.
Maintain the oragnisations delivery truck and branch generator in conjunction with the workshop department.
You are responsible for monitoring and issuing of fuel for vehicles and generators.
You are responsible for all refrigeration equipment and generator to ensure service and repairs are done in a timeous manner
Ensure the alarm and CCTV systems are working at all times and set the alarm system daily for the branch
To assist where needed when staff away from the office
Any other duties assigned from time to time
