Manage employee benefits compensation and performance management systems.
Administer payroll and ensure payroll compliance.
Support and conduct employee assessments and training programs.
Industrial & Employee Relations:
Foster positive employee relations mediating and resolving conflicts.
Lead industrial relations strategies especially in manufacturing environments.
Manage contractor compliance and labor relations.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Liaison & Compliance:
Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and government regulations.
Liaise with government offices and local authorities regarding HR-related functions.
Handle relationships with contracted workers and partner organizations.
Support & Strategy:
Support the Head of HR in strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports.
Conduct regular training for staff on internal policies.
Deputize for the HR Manager as needed.
