Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out clerical duties including general clerical work filing message receiving and related stores keeping.
2. Assist in data input service evaluation information management and documentation.
3. Coordinating meeting and minutes taking as well as preparing reports.
4. Assist patients empowerment & psychosocial programs volunteer services as well as community-based projects.
5. To perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Entry Requirements:
1. University Graduates; OR
2. Completed F.5/S.5 with:
i) Passes in 5 subjects in the HKCEE including English Language (Syl B) and Chinese
Language or equivalent; OR
ii) 5 subjects in the HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
l Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and
l Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / Attained in Applied Learning subjects
(subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other
Language subjects; or equivalent
AND diploma in a specialized function;
Preferred Attributes:
1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Fluency in written English and Chinese.
3. Good command in website management webinar excel statistics power-point Microsoft Word and account etc.
4. Responsible self-motivated and able to work independently.
5. Able to work in flexible working hours.
Remarks:
1. Serving HA Staff who has completed F.5/S.5 or equivalent and have 2 years relevant experience within HA may also be considered.
