Job Summary

Our client is looking for a Polymer Sales Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the polymer sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
  • Lead and manage a sales team to achieve targets and objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to drive business growth
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends opportunities and potential risks
  • Negotiate pricing terms and contracts to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers addressing their specific needs and applications
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts budgets and regular performance reports for management review
  • Represent the company at industry events trade shows and exhibitions to promote products and brand visibility
  • Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and service excellence
  • Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to strengthen client loyalty
  • Stay updated on advancements in polymer technologies sustainability initiatives and industry developments
  • Train mentor and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve business objectives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Polymer Science Chemical Engineering Materials Science Sales or related
  • 5 years of sales experience in the polymer or chemical industry with a proven track record of success in sales
