- Sell new and used vehicles to meet and exceed agreed sales targets.
- Engage walk in customers and respond to enquiries from phone email and online platforms.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options.
- Prepare quotations sales agreements and supporting documentation.
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales and handover process.
- Maintain accurate records on the CRM system.
- Participate in promotions exhibitions and marketing campaigns.
