Job Description
Responsibilities
- Define and track key product success metrics to measure adoption engagement and growth.
- Partner with product managers engineers and designers to analyze user behavior and understand the impact of product changes.
- Build and optimize funnel analyses to identify drop-off points and recommend improvements.
- Design run and interpret A/B tests and product experiments to validate hypotheses.
- Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations that influence product roadmaps.
- Ensure accurate and complete event tracking collaborating with engineering to maintain high data quality.
- Identify and validate growth opportunities across partner shops and platforms.
- Create dashboards and visualizations that make insights accessible to stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3 years of experience in product business or data analytics (ideally in a product-driven company).
- Strong hands-on skills in SQL and Python for data querying cleaning and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Tableau Power BI).
- Solid understanding of product metrics user funnels and hypothesis testing.
- Strong ability to communicate complex analysis clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactive detail-oriented and highly organized with a bias for actionable insights.
- Experience in the gaming payments or digital commerce industry.
- Familiarity with event streaming/warehouse systems (e.g. BigQuery Snowflake).
- Knowledge of statistics or advanced experimentation methods (e.g. multivariate testing causal inference).
- Background in customer lifecycle analytics (acquisition retention monetization).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced global and cross-functional environment.
