We are looking for an experienced support analyst to
- Provide functional and technical support for SAP EWM troubleshooting incidents service requests and operational issues.
- Analyze recurring problems and propose long-term corrective actions.
- Handle incidents in alignment with ITIL processes ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
- Perform root cause analysis for complex issues and provide recommendations for prevention.
- Support change management activities including functional testing validation and coordination of SAP EWM changes.
- Collaborate with 3rd parties SAP Basis and technical teams for system enhancements upgrades and transports.
- Partner with business process owners to understand requirements and propose SAP EWM solutions.
- Identify opportunities to optimize warehouse operations through SAP EWM functionalities.
- Contribute to documentation knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications :
- Minimum 35 years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM (Inbound Outbound Internal Movements RF Yard Labor and/or Automation integration) is a MUST.
- Understanding of SAP ECC/S4 HANA integration points with EWM (MM SD PP TM).
- Familiarity with SAP configuration and debugging for issue resolution.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework with practical experience in Incident Problem and Change Management.
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a structured and methodical approach.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience in writing clear documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Experience in a Tier 2/3 SAP support role within a global organization.
- Ability to work under pressure manage priorities and meet SLAs.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels including directors
- Ability to work with multifunctional teams and engage with people in other countries
- Highly self-motivated with excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently
