Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to our innovative solutions.
As an Investor Relations Analyst you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with our institutional and individual investors as well as key stakeholders in the financial community. You will be responsible for communicating pertinent information about our investment strategies performance and market trends. Your analytical skills will contribute significantly to our investor communications and reporting efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Assist in the preparation of investor reports presentations and marketing materials that accurately reflect the performance of our funds.
2- Conduct market research and analysis to track trends investor sentiment and competitor activity providing actionable insights.
3- Support the Investor Relations team in coordinating and executing investor communications including newsletters webinars and annual meetings.
4- Maintain and update investor databases ensuring accurate records of communications and feedback.
5- Respond to investor inquiries and work collaboratively with internal teams to address concerns or provide additional information.
6- Monitor regulatory changes affecting investors and assist in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
7- Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial statements and performance metrics translating complex data into clear communications for investors.
Qualifications:
1- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics or a related field.
2- 2 years of experience in investor relations finance or a related analytical role.
3- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
4- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
5- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) and familiarity with CRM tools.
6- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
7- Knowledge of financial markets and investment products is a plus.
