Job Description:
- Take ownership of specific fabric-based product lines (starting with judo/karate uniforms)
- Set and uphold quality benchmarks (GSM shrinkage weave finish durability)
- Approve fabric batches and stitched products before export
- Collaborate with internal teams (weaving stitching) to maintain consistency
- Benchmark against top global brands for product quality and presentation
- Help shape new product lines: uniforms functional wear and more
- Support packaging labeling and product documentation aligned with brand vision
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduation/Masters
- 4 to 5 Years of Experience relevant Textile industry
Must Have:
- Fluent in English language
- Ability to open markets for export
- Must have strong freight forwarding experience.
- Clear understanding and working knowledge of export processes
