About the Role:
As a Marketing Analyst youll play a key role in shaping our marketing decisions by collecting analyzing and interpreting data to measure performance and identify opportunities. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns inform strategy and help us better understand our customers.
What Youll Be Doing:

Track analyze and report on key marketing metrics across channels (digital email social paid etc.)

Translate complex data into clear actionable insights for stakeholders

Design and implement dashboards and performance reports using tools like Google Analytics Excel and BI platforms

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support campaign development and strategic planning

Test and evaluate campaign performance (A/B testing segmentation attribution modeling)

Work closely with marketing sales and product teams to align data insights with business goals
What Were Looking For:

2 years of experience in marketing analytics business intelligence or a related field

Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics Excel SQL Tableau or similar)

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Excellent communication and storytelling skillsability to present data to non-technical teams
-
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and KPIs
-
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Statistics or a related field (Masters a plus)
Requirements:
