What You Will Get To Do:
The Senior Client Services Specialist is responsible for processing superannuation administration activities and providing expert support to the leadership team. This includes managing all insurance-related activities such as claims benefit payments for claims and hardship assessments. The role also encompasses quality checking timely record keeping and maintaining procedural documentation with the goal of developing into a subject matter expert.
Manage and process superannuation administration work items end-to-end including customer liaison via phone and email.
Contribute to basic project work to support the leadership team.
Liaise with advisors solicitors promoters trustees members and peers to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
Catalogue and organise records for reference auditing and reporting purposes.
Document process steps for all activity types including checklists and processing milestones.
Perform quality and peer checks at a senior level.
Report monthly on work volumes SLA adherence and systemic issues across all activities.
Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate manager.
Provide backup support as required.
Carry out other duties as directed by the Client Services Manager.
What You Will Bring:
Ability to work at a computer for at least 90% of a 7.5-hour workday five days a week (or pro-rated for part-time employees).
Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clearly with all key stakeholders.
Proficiency in creating and maintaining Microsoft Excel worksheets.
Proficiency in creating and maintaining Microsoft Word documents.
Previous experience in a customer service or dispute resolution environment.
